1. Nature of Services
We provide digital and custom WordPress development services, which are non-tangible and customized.
2. Advance Payment
- A minimum 30%–50% advance payment is required before starting any project.
- The advance payment is non-refundable.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds may be granted only if:
- Work has not started
- Duplicate payment occurred
- We are unable to deliver the agreed service
Once project work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
4. Project Cancellation
Clients must submit cancellation requests via email to:

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in legal recovery action and termination of services.
