Shipping and Delivery Policy

At BuyZoda, we strive to get your order delivered to your doorstep safely and on time. Please read this policy to understand how we process and ship orders across India.


1. Order Processing Time

Once your payment is successfully confirmed via Razorpay, your order enters our processing queue.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing the next working day
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. At checkout, our system will verify if your pin code is serviceable. If it is not, you will be notified before completing your order.

We do not currently offer international shipping.


3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary based on your location:

These are estimated timelines from the date of dispatch — not from the date of order placement. Actual delivery may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and dimensions. Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you complete payment.

We occasionally offer free shipping on orders above a certain value or during promotional periods. These will be communicated on our website or via email.


5. Courier Partners

We work with reputed and reliable logistics and courier partners to ensure your orders are handled with care. Our courier network may include, but is not limited to:

  • Delhivery
  • Shiprocket
  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC
  • Ekart Logistics
  • India Post (for remote areas)

The courier partner assigned to your order is determined automatically based on your delivery location and serviceability. You will be able to see the courier name in your shipment confirmation email.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and the courier partner’s name
  • A tracking link that you can use to monitor your delivery in real time

You can also track your order by:

  • Visiting the courier partner’s website and entering your tracking number
  • Contacting us at support@buyzoda.com with your order number and we’ll provide an update

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order:

  • They will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts before marking the shipment as undeliverable
  • You may also receive a call or message from the delivery agent to schedule delivery
  • If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse

In case of a failed delivery due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by you – Re-shipping charges will apply
  • Customer unavailability – We will attempt to reschedule; if unresolved, the order will be returned and a partial refund may be issued (minus shipping and handling charges)
  • Address in a non-serviceable area – We will notify you and discuss alternatives

8. Delays and Exceptional Circumstances

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes during sale periods or festivals
  • Extreme weather conditions or natural calamities
  • Courier operational issues or strikes
  • Government restrictions or lockdowns
  • Customs or transit delays

BuyZoda is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or events outside our control. However, we will always keep you informed and do our best to resolve the situation.

If your order is delayed beyond 15 business days from the dispatch date with no tracking updates, please contact us and we will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution, including a refund if necessary.


9. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives with damaged or tampered packaging:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the packaging appears severely damaged or tampered with
  • If you have already accepted the delivery and discovered damage, take clear photos/videos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@buyzoda.com

We will work with you and our courier partner to arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.


10. Missing Items or Wrong Product Received

If you receive:

  • An incomplete order (missing items from a multi-product order)
  • The wrong product entirely

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


11. Bulk or Wholesale Orders

For bulk or wholesale orders, shipping timelines and charges may differ. Please contact us at support@buyzoda.com before placing a bulk order for a custom quote and timeline estimate.
