3. Products and Services

All prices displayed on BuyZoda are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment Processing: All payments on BuyZoda are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
- Net Banking
- EMI options (subject to availability)
- Wallets
BuyZoda does not store your payment credentials. All financial data is handled exclusively by Razorpay under their security protocols. For any payment-related disputes, please contact us at support@buyzoda.com and we will coordinate with Razorpay to resolve the issue.
Your order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation. If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed.
5. Order Placement and Confirmation
When you place an order on BuyZoda:
- You will receive an Order Confirmation Email acknowledging your purchase
- This email is not a guarantee of shipment — it confirms that we have received your order
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., if the product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if fraud is suspected)
- In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund via Razorpay within 5–7 business days
6. User Accounts
If you create an account on BuyZoda, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
